Our owner, Louis Leonardi, BSME raised in Cortlandt Manor, started working for his father's construction company when he was 12. He got his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and worked as a Propulsion Engineer for GE Aerospace until 1991 when his father retired. He took over the family business and he and his wife Amy have worked hard to build his father's traditions. 

We Do Masonry Work Too!

Louis and crew did an excellent job at my house in removing a leaking oil tank and putting in an above ground tank. Everything was done in a timely fashion and he kept you informed on every step of the project.

The crew did an excellent job of replacing my shrubbery and went out of their way to find replacement matching gravel for the front of my home where the tank was located. They also did an phenomenal clean up job the only thing that gives away something was done is because the grass hasn’t come in yet..

Very reasonably priced, good work, and Lou is such a gentleman. We had our septic converted to sewer. Lou gave us the best price, was able to begin the next day, finished up in 2 days, and took good care of us.
